How Does It Work?
TRTP is delivered over 3 to 4 sessions and follows three simple but powerful steps:

1. Reclaiming your personal power
We begin by addressing unhelpful core beliefs (like "I'm not safe" or "I'm not enough) and re-establishing a sense of empowerment and safety in the nervous system. This creates the sold foundation needed for deep change.

2. Releasing the Trauma:
Next, we gently resolve past trauma (without re-traumatising) in a relaxed, safe space. Your mind processes what happened and places it where it belongs - in the past.

3. Creating a New Future:
We finish by embedding healthy, empowering beliefs at the subconscious level. This helps you let go of fear and old patterns and start living with clarity, confidence and emotional freedom
